Vann Studio Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Gift cards that are not promotional may be used toward services and retail products at Vann Studio.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Promotional gift cards, discount codes, or bonus value offers may carry additional restrictions and cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
Gift cards must be presented at checkout to redeem.
Purchases made with a gift card are subject to all Vann Studio policies, including booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policies.
Vann Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Service & Refund Policy – Vann Studio Salon
At Vann Studio Salon, we are committed to delivering exceptional results and a luxury guest experience. Due to the customized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered.
If you have any concerns with your hair, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can schedule a complimentary adjustment if necessary.
All adjustment services require an in-person consultation to properly assess the hair and determine the best solution. Adjustments are only offered when the original service recommendation was followed and performed by our team.
Please note: Changes in desired look after the service (including going lighter, darker, shorter, etc.) are not considered corrections and will be booked as a new service.
Results may vary based on hair history, previous color, and at-home care.
Product Returns:
Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Opened products are not eligible for return.
Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
