CANCELLATION POLICY

Guests will be asked for credit/debit card information in order to reserve an appointment for 3 or more hours.

NO SHOW:

100% of the full service price

SAME DAY CANCELLATION:

50% of the full service price

24 HOUR CANCELLATION:

25% of the full service price

We understand that situations will arise outside of your control. These should be the exception, not the rule. The cancellation fee will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and is up to the discretion of our guest services team and the service provider.
