Earl Podschweit

Earl came to Vann Studio as an Aveda graduate from Seattle, Washington. She has a passion for creative expression through fashion colors, balayage, and innovative haircutting. Earl’s artistry shines through her commitment to using sustainable products and caring for the world we live in. As a valued member of the Vann Studio team, she embodies our shared dedication to beauty, creativity, and environmental responsibility. One of Earl’s proudest moments was earning first place in last year’s Aveda Catwalk for Water competition, where she designed a full sustainable look from head to toe using recycled and repurposed materials. It was an incredible honor not only to win but to later return as a judge for the next major competition — a true testament to her creativity, artistry, and commitment to sustainability.
