Christopher Archiopoli's journey into the salon industry began serendipitously while he was earning a Marketing degree at Arizona State University. Initially handling administrative tasks at a Phoenix salon, he was moved by the salon's philanthropic efforts and the impactful role of stylists. Upon graduating, he eschewed the prospect of a corporate cubicle and embraced the world of hair design.

In 2006, Christopher relocated to Seattle and trained at the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute, advancing through one of the city’s top Aveda salons. He has been a dedicated member of the Aveda network ever since, achieving his cosmetology instructor license in 2009 and becoming an Aveda Hair Color Purefessional in 2011. Known for his expertise with redheads, curly hair, and short styles, Christopher is passionate about both enhancing client appearances and educating future stylists.

With over 20 years of professional experience, Christopher's career spans administration, management, marketing, and education, showcasing the power of people-driven organizations. He has demonstrated leadership by mentoring teams and effectively balancing multiple roles. His transition to Site Director at Peer Seattle highlights his adaptability and commitment to making a difference in the community, driven by forming partnerships that yield meaningful results.
